I recently hired Walt to re-paint all of my interior walls and ceilings and could not be happier with the end result. He was extremely professional and responsive throughout the process and was always prompt to answer any questions from the quote all the way to the completion of the job. He was accommodating when a portion of the job had to be delayed because of a roof leak and came back about a month later to finish once the roof was fixed without any question or additional fee for this. After moving into our new townhome we quickly realized the exterior needed to be painted. We reached out to Walt (the owner) as well as several other local businesses. Not only was Walt the FIRST to respond to our inquiry, he was the only one to follow up to see if we had any questions/concerns regarding the estimate. After reading their reviews online, I hired Platinum Painting to replace two ceilings and repaint the entirety of my late father's house. Having been ghosted by a contractor for some days in the middle of a previous drywall job, I was looking for someone responsive and reliable, who would do good work--and I got all those things with Platinum Painting. Walt, who heads the company, always responded promptly to my messages, was forthright about his schedule and what the work would involve, gave me a fair estimate, showed up when he said he would, kept me posted with pictures of the trickier parts of the job (I was out of town during a portion of it), did beautiful work, and even finished a day early. Walt and his crew came out and painted the exterior of our house. It came out looking better than we expected - we really like it and it looks really sharp and makes our house look a lot more modern. Through the whole experience, Walt was professional, courteous, responsive and always making sure we had time to think about our color choices and the style we were getting. He also communicated our options to us of things that we could consider or if there were areas such as the brick around the garage that we didn't want to do just yet or were unsure of. While on site, Walt and his crew were always on time, polite and friendly to us and even our neighbors who walked by.  They also kept everything really neat and were very considerate of our property. My 5 year old daughter enjoyed her interactions with them, and she was a bit disappointed to find out they were not coming back the next week to add those rainbow pokadots that she suggested.
